Made by "G" is the combination of our imagination, our fantasy, our thoughts and work. IT is a sparkling wine, produced from 25 year old vines which is 100% Gamay. We realised this wine as the traditional method, it has low alcohol content 9%. There is no residual sugar, the sweet comes from only the berries picked up at an optimum maturity. We vinify our wine in order to make a fruity cuvee. Fermentation is blocked by cold temperature, then clarified and bottled to obtain bubbles. a few weeks later, these bottles are pured out then filled up with the same wine before corked and muzzled. No liquor, only natural wine! This fresh and fruity red wine is to be served chilled. It goes along well as your "Aperitif" for all occasions.
